-Raises suck (3-5% in Austin? COL is out of control here and I'm SURE that any new hire would get paid more than I do after being here 5+. that is -No bonuses. I asked my manager (Director) if there is a bonus structure for executives seperate from our only bonus program ("profit sharing ") , the answer was No. I don't believe it. -There was a drought of promotions across the company. then in a single email 4 directors got promoted to Sr Director. This is comical and demoralizing. So wack. -Raises are 3-5% in a great year. -Working all kinds of weekends and nights . no thank you's or "thanks". -Your manager will make or break your quality of life. Had ok one (that went wildly sour at the end) to a pretty good one now. -Shared salaries with co-workers and I'm getting ~20% less.

Top level management churn has created an opportunity to bring positive change to the company, but has had mixed results. Priorities, projects, and company processes change all the time and there is little follow through to make things stick. Work life balance can be very poor depending on the department you work in, and benefits have been recently reduced.
