Pros

One of the best reasons to work at the AMA is the people. When needed, ones coworkers are informative and supportive. The organization still contributes to employees 401K plans and it provides decent benefits for it's retirees.

Cons

Working for a membership based organization during a time when membership in such organizations is on a downturn is a downside.

Pros

I like to work on developing equipment. Nice environment. Santa Clara is the best place to live.

Cons

Company made less profit since last few years comparing the total profit per employee. Maybe because they entered to solar manufacturing business.
