      Management sets employees up for failure, surprised when everybody fails

      Pros

      Fast paced and growing. Diverse range of functions and products so developing a variety of skills is easy.

      Cons

      Management increases workload and expectations but does not provide additional resources. Expectations are unrealistic and systems and processes cannot handle company goals, yet management does not allocate resources for improvements that don't have a direct impact on margin. Employees are treated like a dime a dozen.

      Inconsistent Work Policy

      Pros

      Flex schedule with every other Friday off. Casual work environment (i.e. jeans are allowed).

      Cons

      Inconsistent remote policy. Claim they want people in office but still hire remote and let others stay remote. Never any good reason given as to why others can't be given remote full time. Too much micro management in checking whether or not you're in the office. For those of us who have proven ourselves to get our work done, it feels like a punishment and lack of appreciation. Have caught 3 different bugs from office setting since RTO, COVID being on of them. Definitely not doing their part to filter the air.

      Pros

      I have to write something... so this is something.

      Cons

      The environment is uncivil which makes the culture not inviting. Management is lacking heavy in leadership skills. I have never felt so diminished in my entire career. You get punished for wanting to move to another department however, they have a promote from within philosophy. If you are looking to join a team, I would recommend a 1,000 different places in Springfield.
