      Good company to work for before the buyout

      Pros

      It is a very calm and nice work environment. Most employees are long term employees who has been with the company their whole career.

      Cons

      After the buyout it seems that the CEO is in the dark of what is going on. We constantly getting mismatched information. And upper management doesn’t follow through with their words.

      They worked with you taking time off

      Too many to list. Don't really appreciate you. Managers suck. They lie and back stab. Raises are horrible. They tell you how great you are but never promote. Cannot trust anyone. Morale is horrible. They do not go out of their way to benefit the employee. I worked there for 7 years and was absolutely miserable and hated it the entire time. I just had to wait to get a good job elsewhere and I did. You are overworked and there is no breaks. It is an adult version of high school and the nerdy people in school couldn't cut it so they went to ANPAC.
