A Joke of a company in Philadelphia Area

Pros

Could have learned some very useful and transferrable skills, not from the upper management

Cons

Upper Management is a waste of company Money. The only people who were worth anything are no longer with the company. Hope them all the best of luck. Current management does not care about anyone who works there. Sweat shirts for the full-time employees were denied because they would take $20.00 out of management's year end bonus, and they made that abundantly clear.

Pros

The work is simple enough, except for dealing with disrespectful lifeguards. If one shows up to work on time and possesses basic computational literacy, one can expect a decent summer.

Cons

In the office environment, one will not fuind opportunities for career growth and development. Managers will tell you one thing and then turn around and do the opposite. Lifeguards are rude to the staffing department; the staffing department unfortunately does not have any disciplinary teeth.
