Pros

They provide ample assistance to those without transportation in order to help them get to their shifts. They're respectful to you as an employee, so only as long as you help them when they ask for coverage on a shift.

Cons

Storytime: I worked with a guard who, bless his heart, was made to work 16 hours consecutively (dawn till dusk) too many times for my own comfort. Workers are taken for granted and you can see that when they're always calling you to take a shift the day before.
