everything else, I've worked for this compay of 3 summers now. They take all their mistakes out on you. They countlessly expect you to work over 50 hours a week, and if you can't work a shift they give you, they make you wok it regardless, even if you have something you can't miss. They honestly couldn't care less about you. screw the company. The pay is horrible, you have to work 10 + hour days, and you work at single guard pools alone. You never get a break, even to go to the bahroom, the office doesn't care about you. just don't work here. never have i ever been so disrespected as a lifeguard in my life until i worked here.
