They hire anyone with a certification. Good pay.

Cons

Horrible Management with awful communication, you will be lied to about bonus's that don't exist. Disgusting pools whose chemicals are always off. Short notice of work schedule. Disfunctional clock In system. They use a sketchy pay card thing, and do not offer checks. They will short you guaranteed. Completely incompetent office staff. 1 guard situations with extremely long hours. If no one has died because of this company it would be a miracle.

There are no pros to working at American pool in Pittsburgh. They are understaffed & no communication skills in management

Cons

No communication. Management does not care about any one but themselves. They want you to work everyday with no days off. No work/life balance & they could care a less as long as they are making a dime!
