Pros

HR was very personable and gave good advice and wanted to see the employees thrive even when he had his hands tied.

Cons

Extreme favoritism and nepotism, promotions are seldom given based on skill rather by how charming you are or if your family member works there. Pay was pretty low for having a college degree. Upper management would be described as bipolar at best. Don't get too comfortable if they begin joking with you.

You might get a good pool to work at that might make the job suck less. You probably wont.

Cons

Pay is so low that all the guards suck and the ones that don't suck leave for better pay. Pool is always undersupplied. The phone clock in system sucks.
