Pros

work from home (if you can even count this bc you’re monitored every second made to feel like a prisoner in your own home & @ work) that’s all the pros i can list.. says a lot

Cons

Supervisors and managers are frequently unavailable due to constant meetings, making it hard to get real-time support When reaching out for help, you’re often referred to someone else rather than getting direct answers Very limited to no career growth; leadership may promise meetings about advancement, but they rarely happen or lead anywhere Feedback and check-ins from supervisors typically only happen when something goes wrong (e.g., signing a PIP or reviewing a QA-flagged call), not to support your development Communication from leadership feels reactive instead of proactive

Thank you for your service to ASH. As a national company servicing more than 62 million eligible members, the success of ASH Companies is due to the hard work of the employees across the organization, especially those in the call center, striving to meet standards to ensure safety, accuracy, and a quality member experience.  Regarding compensation, ASH reviews salary surveys to ensure we stay competitive in the market. In addition to pay, merit increases, and additional bonus opportunities for selected positions are available based on meeting Key Job Accountabilities (KJA) after important milestones. ASH saw an average of 16 percent of our employees promoted last year, compared to the national average of 8 percent, as part of our efforts to recognize and reward our employees.
