We’re so pleased you enjoy our award-winning and employee-focused culture that has resulted in many recognition awards including Top Workplaces USA, Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness, and Best Places to Work based on employee survey feedback. Regarding pay, we review salary trends to stay competitive in the job market and continually strive to reward and promote our employees. As a national specialty health company, the success of ASH Companies is due to the hard work of the employees across the organization, especially those in the call center, in meeting quality assurance standards to assist our members. Thank you for your ongoing service to ASH.
