      Decent pay and benefits and that’s all.

      Cons

      Upper Management either doesn’t know or doesn’t care how middle and lower treat their Customers. They worry more about reports than actual results. Life and work balance is out of whack. Customer’s buy from ATD because the have to.

      All are driven by director, super political guy, only think about his own benefit nothing about the employee. Always be hero in higher management, by eating the hearn earn efforts by lower level developers. All day work no personal life, almost every weekend deployment.
