      Pros

      I worked at ATD for a little more than three years. I enjoyed some of my time there with my fellow colleagues. One positive in my role was line of sight to multiple projects going on across the business.

      Cons

      Everything always seemed like it was never good enough and the glamour was all a show. The company won multiple awards for a tool that had inflated results, sales figures were always slightly inflated and no one knew exactly how many DC’s were operating. One day it could be 120 the next it was 112.

      Pros

      The only upside of working at ATD are the few honest and trustworthy colleagues you can call friends outside of the office.

      Cons

      Senior leadership appears to have control, but behind the scenes it's a nightmare. The Chief People Officer has continued to lead a hostile work environment and sweeps issues with business leaders into a very large closet. With a simple, we're sorry and we'll offer some leadership coaching as a way to make up for shortcomings isn't an excuse.

      ATD is an amazing company to work for. I've been treated like family since day 1. I feel like my job is low stress and ATD offers great perks.

      Cons

      I haven't made 40 hours often, but my boss is working to add more to my plate so I can meet my weekly 40 hours.
