      Legacy company in Erie, PA since 1946. Family atmosphere. Room for growth and advancement. Steady employment.

      Cons

      Less than 40 people currently working in the facility, therefore everyone must do multiple jobs without receiving further compensation.

      American Trim is an established company that's looking to grow itself and is employees. There's opportunity to learn, grow, and advance of you're willing to put in the time and effort.

      While there are plenty of good people and good intentions, there seems to be a lot of politics involved in upper management.

If you're looking to be engaged and challenged then this is the place to be! If you allow yourself to be developed and accept change there will be a lot of room for future growth and Career Advancement.

      Growth can be slow at times due to Business constraints. Leadership is focused on bringing in new talent, but we are constrained due to overall business volume and our uncertain economic environment challenges.
