      - Learning style atmosphere - Caring employees even at a the upper management level - Knowledgeable workforce - Very accommodating to new and younger workers - Ability to understand the need to change - Updated office technology

      Cons

      - Tend to have an older workforce, but because of that these employees can give advice on many different aspects of the business. - Previous lack of organization, but with recent restructure and change it has begun to fade away.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and family oriented work place are two of the highlights. Plenty of opportunity for advancement if you are will to put in the work. Good stepping stone where you can learn skills to help further your career

      Cons

      Can work a substantial amount of overtime creating a difficult home/work balance. Pay is lower than some other factories in the area. High turnover can create a frustrating work environment

      Either 60 hours a week or barley 40. Supervisors are vary unprofessional. Inappropriate comments from multiple workers.
