Pros

Pay is competitive. Insurance is good, but deductible and co pays are getting higher each year. Perks very according to your job and boss.

Cons

You work a lot of hours. Bonuses are normally ok, but getting smaller each year. Not a family atmosphere. They want you to make their ungodly rate and do it all the time you are there every day including weekends. Hard to get a raise. Unfair evaluations. Basically everyone works 6 10 or 12 hour days maybe 7 and its mandatory. Operations hides unfair treatment from HR and threatens workers.

Don't leave a good job to come here

Pros

Decent Compensation, people are trying to do the right things they just have no direction.

Cons

Lack willingness to change. Stuck in the 90s. High turnover. Don't care about work/life balance. The senior leadership are the only ones that have been here forever. They have been here too long and don't know how things work so much better in other places

Pros

Friendly co-workers, Train you well. Co-workers are like family, but upper management has too much pride in themselves. A lot of overtime because the place can't keep new employees. Great break room. Long-range weekend schedule predictions.

Cons

Drama. Seniority means nothing. Management plays favorites. They educate well on safety, but yet the place is filthy, powdered caustic on the ground, no one bothers to clean up their area correctly, age-old mops laying around. Say chemicals are not potent but some people get rashes and then they just use the excuse that they're not wearing all their PPE. Sitting puddles of chemicals on the ground. They become aware of safety problems after someone complains, but rarely follows threw with the problems. Everyone that's there had worked there for forever so they're blind to the filth. They use the "duck tape" fixing method. Company make millions of dollars, but can't afford to pay their slave employees more. Have to work a whole year just to get 1 week of vacation.
