Pros
Good retirement benefits and ESPP program. Decent vacation and sick time. Commute is good, public transportation and major highways nearby. Good company if you are just starting your career. You will learn a great deal and meet some great people. You will also learn how to deal with negative and difficult people too.
Cons
Work/life balance only exists for those who do not have good work ethic. Advertise great culture but fall short on delivery. If you are good at your job you will not move on up because you are good at your job. Promotions or development communicated often but not a realization. They will over work the employees until they burn out. Too many talented, experienced people leave due to frustration, bad culture and poor leadership.
