      Pros

      Solid company and good industry. Nice headquarters though it’s unclear whether we are hq’d in Camden or Indiana.

      Cons

      This executive team is among the most inexperienced in my career. The CEO has taken what was once a nice group of the smartest people and turned the company into a highly undesirable place to be. If you are an expert in your field, look elsewhere. What a train wreck.

      Make very good money that’s it

      Cons

      Terrible management, especially upper management. Don’t treat employees with respect but at the same time demand their respect. Terrible decision making from upper management. Management makes it hard for employees to want to come to work.
