      Good pay, benefits, challenging and relevant work experiences, employer provided training, and professional development.

      Cons

      Business lacks respect for IT group...refers to IT as a "Country Club" when in reality IT takes great strides and exerts tremendous effort and dedication to satisfy business needs. IT team members now do not have positive feeling about their jobs in the wake of 40 teammates laid off Dec 2014. Remaining IT team feeling stress to accomplish excess workload,

      Down to earth people. Generally good folks. Nice work/life balance.

      Cons

      Absolutely zero career path development. You are positioned in the company based on how long you have been there. No middle management training. Lots of micro managing. Old school hierarchical management style. Fair amount of credit hoarding. Dingy work environment. In summary, a good place to retire but depressing if you have ambition and are used to a meritocracy.
