Pros

Good benefits. Nationwide career movement. Career advancement. Good safety training. Pay is pretty good. Have new vehicles for the field workers to drive.

Cons

Decisions are made by someone hours and hours away who has never done your job. They micromanage...you have to detail every minute of your day. They hold grudges

Pros

Pay and benefits are good. There is opportunity for advancement--especially now that many career folks are retiring. Locations throughout the U.S. Providing an opportunity to move.

Cons

Working long hours, little resources and very lean staff is the norm. Many big changes over the past 10 years leaves little room for employees to get traction and make progress on the latest change before moving on to the next one.
