      Pros

      Solid company and good industry. Nice headquarters though it’s unclear whether we are hq’d in Camden or Indiana.

      Cons

      This executive team is among the most inexperienced in my career. The CEO has taken what was once a nice group of the smartest people and turned the company into a highly undesirable place to be. If you are an expert in your field, look elsewhere. What a train wreck.

      Waiting for it to be over at the end of day.

      Cons

      Surprise...it never ends because you're always OnCall 24/7/365. Not the same place I started at years ago. Current corporate and state leadership has gone woke and completely downhill, cowering to the DEI agenda and making it a toxic workplace. Not there to back up any management, but it's all about making themselves look good for the almighty stock dividends and investors. 0/10 would recommend.
