      Decent pay but no raises since it’s based off commission

      Cons

      Worked there for over a decade… work life management is limited… change is inevitable but there’s just too much here.. both for the good and bad. Frontline worker should be treated with the utmost respect and that’s not the case. A lot of favoritism.

      Great pay and benefits. The people I work with are great and the work we do is rewarding.

      Cons

      There isn’t an appreciation for work done. Afraid to make mistakes and be punished. Leadership is out of touch with their employees at all levels. The company is behind the times with offering flexibility especially with COVID.
