      Pros

      Executive leadership is good, the CEO generally cares about people. Salary is ok.

      Cons

      IT is the worst place to work for. The leadership is clueless and change direction frequently but then blame the worker bees for the lack of progress. Currently we have been people in charge who have made a mess for last 4 years and are still in charge but the people reporting to them have paid a price and got demoted or lost their jobs.
