Pros

Decent pay Great benefits As many hours as you want Great HR team Not A Serious covid risk facility

Cons

You'll be forced to work longer than 5:30 if anything goes wrong I've seen people leave at 7 sometimes... They can schedule a Friday work day at any point basically. They do not up hold their builder pay standard(cherry pick who they want) Management sucks and they play favoritism They don't mind over working you(to the point where you feel like a slave) They don't train at all, you just have to catch on. Once you get points(even though they drop off every 30 days) it's almost impossible to get them off. No organization. They will make you want to quit or not come in. You'll end up having to do multiple people's jobs and overwork yourself just to get out at decent time. They advance who they want. It's very hard to switch jobs here. Ex. Builder to kitter

Thank you for your review. We are truly living in an unprecedented time but we are working very hard to be sure that our employees still feel our culture that we have been behind for over 40 years. We suggest that you address your concerns/ideas with your local HRBP and the Corporate REC!

Pros

Good hours for the most part and holidays paid.

Cons

Complete unorganized. Benefits are the worst I've ever seen. Company has no direction when it comes to leadership and unless you are high up you are left out of important meetings and knowledge. Can not in good faith encourage anyone to work here. They do pay high but that's to keep people. Company is money driven and does not take care of their people at all. One of the training they teach literally states they are a Company with share holders striving for profit. Nothing in any of the training I received spoke about the importance of people and it shows in everything they do. There are way better companies out there so run far from this one. The company will try to sale you on culture it's all a lie and not practiced at all at the locations. No real growth in the company.
