Pros

Fast-paced environment that promotes constant learning. Excellent team of people who are truly dedicated to doing a great job for clients. Very fair compensation with room to move around within the company. Ability to work with new technologies and some of the World’s biggest brands.

Cons

As the company continues to see such amazing growth, there has been some growing pains. This is to be expected with any growing company. I do feel, though, that leadership does their best to mitigate these issues.

Pros

This company is for those that are willing to dive in and get stuff done. Americaneagle.com offers ample opportunity to learn new technologies, offer new ideas and work with incredible clients. This is not an environment to just "sit back."

Cons

For those wanting to grow their career and learn, this is an awesome company. Hours can be long on given days, weeks or months, which some may look at as a Con. However, if you want to be successful, it's part of the job.

They value their employees and want you to be successful in your endeavors. They are also very accommodating when it comes to personal travel or family commitments outside of work and most managers will work with you to help balance you work / personal life.

The commute can be challenging when you live in the city.
