The corporate culture here at Americaneagle.com is one of the reason I accepted a position here and have elected to say. I like the fact that the executives here are approachable and open ideas from the team.

Cons

Cannot think of any to speak of. The culture here is one that I have never experienced in my professional career.

Pros

Health benefits and pay are incredible. You will get to work with absolutely wonderful people. You can feel good knowing that you are working for the very best company in the web development business. Beautiful modern office building, excellent management.

Cons

There aren't any. Maybe the weather in Chicago. You will have to work hard, but it won't go unnoticed. The management team is great.

Pro: Good pay and benefits, nice family atmosphere, owners of the company are still here and always have their doors open, STABLE - we don't have to worry about the company folding, room for advancement, owners of company are very generous (families invited to company picnic, great Christmas party every year), just an overall positive place to work. Negativity and incompetence is weeded our pretty quickly!

Cons

There truly aren't many cons at all - mainly a lot of work because we're busy, but that's a good thing. There may be growing pains every once in a while, but what company doesn't have that? You'll never be able to find the perfect company, but this is darn close.
