      Pros

      No shortage of work, fast-paced if you like that. Company office is nice

      Cons

      Some people on teams are great, but some people seem to have gotten in the habit of being disrespectful and rude to coworkers. Looking down on coworkers for making mistakes and asking questions, and treating them with attitude does not help anyone. Drop the snarky attitude. People notice how you treat others. It's unprofessional and creates a toxic culture within teams.

      Pros

      Americaneagle.com feels like a family. The environment is very productive and I feel accomplished when I leave at the end of the day. You can turn to anyone to ask a question (even different departments). Everyone is treated with respect. This company is continuing to grow and I feel so lucky to work here.
