Great workplace and amazing people one could ever work with

Since day 1 I started working in this company to date, everyone has been very supportive. I am being guided by a super cool mentor and advisors who let me learn and grow at my own pace. None of my days have been the same and monotonous so far despite my job title as each and every day is a bag full of multiple exciting tasks/work and unique opportunities one can grab to learn something exciting. Pros to name a few: 1. Great mentor and advisors (will give you ample amount of time to settle down and understand company's structure) 2. Friendly team members and staff (I haven't seen anyone saying No to help) 3. Transparent work ambience (Was talking to one of my bosses like a friend of mine without knowing he's my boss) 4. You get your own private space (no micro-managing) 5. Great learning opportunities (You'll never run out of good work)

Cons

1. Your boss won't scold you. 2. Your manager won't micro-manage you. 3. There's no one to let you down when you seek help 4. You get pampered with donuts and candies here and then

The environment is full of positivity and employees who are willing to help share their knowledge and experience. Teamwork is what really shows the most.

Cons

It's hard to say there are any cons at this point. Nothing that sticks out enough for me to list.

- Great place to work because they highlight family values. - As a PM, you will have the opportunity to meet people across the organization. - The company is building a culture of "ownership" over one's work.

Cons

- The company can benefit from a more rigorous on-boarding and training program - Formal process is not always clear. It is likely you will be put in a position to fend for yourself. In the long run, this will be to your benefit as you should always know how to get an answer and deal with ambiguity.
