Privately owned family focused company. Large staff of talented employees to draw knowledge and expertise from. Even though the number of employees is large, it seems like everyone knows everyone. Fast paced, never a dull moment work environment.

Cons

Small internal communications issues cause stress across business units.

I have really enjoyed my time at Americaneagle.com. Everyone is so friendly and supportive — it truly feels like a team environment where collaboration is encouraged. They also plan fun events that bring people together and make the workplace enjoyable. Another huge plus is how flexible and accommodating the company is when you need it. Whether it's a scheduling conflict or something unexpected, leadership is understanding and willing to work with you.
