      Laid back environment, friendly coworkers. Here you are not just a number, everyone knows you buy name. Great place to work at overall

      Pros

      The thing I enjoy most at Americaneagle.com is the feeling of being a part of a family. I haven't found many places where the owners, CEO, CTO, and Chief Architect take the time to get to know you and like to be involved in making you happier. We are all working toward developing the best websites possible for big clients, and this has been a great learning experience for me. There is great opportunity for promotion. In just one short year they have acknowledged my hard work and dedication by promoting me to Senior Web Developer, and continue to keep me motivated by working on projects that I love that allow me to be creative, innovative. It is a great place for anyone starting out in their career and for anyone who wants to learn web development inside and out.

      Cons

      Some projects are stressful due to the clients hard deadlines. The team always works together to get it done even if it means occasionally staying late.

      Pros

      Everybody are easy to work with. They have a very good paced development and you are sure to learn lot of stuff. The owners of the company are very good people. They show respect and welcoming.

      Cons

      May be I negotiated less salary. Feels like they are interested in less salary as the projects sometime seem to be got at less rate than similar companies
