Pros

Every day at Americaneagle.com has been an opportunity to learn something new and share space with some of the brightest minds and greatest people in this booming internet and website industry. In my five years working here I have developed interesting and challenging software products and built amazing websites using the latest and greatest in .NET technologies. I have had the opportunity to work with prestigious clients and see how my work has made a difference in easing their day to day business processes and expanding and solidifying their business growth. I have had the opportunity to participate on sales calls, lead projects and various intra-company process improvement initiatives which has enhanced my soft skills and helped me become an effective communicator, manager and a team player.

Cons

As a web developer here (or probably anywhere) you work in a very fast paced environment. Although fast paced, it's very fun and you learn something new every day.

Pros

The thing I enjoy most at Americaneagle.com is the feeling of being a part of a family. I haven't found many places where the owners, CEO, CTO, and Chief Architect take the time to get to know you and like to be involved in making you happier. We are all working toward developing the best websites possible for big clients, and this has been a great learning experience for me. There is great opportunity for promotion. In just one short year they have acknowledged my hard work and dedication by promoting me to Senior Web Developer, and continue to keep me motivated by working on projects that I love that allow me to be creative, innovative. It is a great place for anyone starting out in their career and for anyone who wants to learn web development inside and out.

Cons

Some projects are stressful due to the clients hard deadlines. The team always works together to get it done even if it means occasionally staying late.

Pros

Current technology to work with, plenty of opportunity to grow and move up if you are motivated and show the ability to learn, troubleshoot issues, and resolve issues on your own. Fun work environment and co-workers. Manager listens to issues and works with me to resolve them. Most co-workers are intelligent and are more than willing to help if you run into a problem you can't resolve on your own.

Cons

Stressful more often than not, some co-workers are hired based on who they know and not what they know. Can be slow to get issues and tickets resolved. Unless you really screw up bad, you won't be fired (I guess this could be a pro, but can be frustrating to deal with co-workers that constantly overwrite your code changes).
