Amazing Company To Work For!

Pros

-Great work environment. Management is friendly and hard-working (for the most part). When I first started, I didn't feel micromanaged or rushed as I was going through my training and learning, even if doing a task took a lot longer than it would have for a more experienced programmer. -Great new office update after the recent building renovation. -Very competitive salary and room to grow as an employee. -Family-friendly culture. My wife and I had a child and we even received flowers from the company owners congratulating us. This was VERY much appreciated.

Cons

-Timecard and ticketing system is a bit antiquated, but understanding how vast of an undertaking it would be to update, it's still very functional and I can live with it. I understand that AE has a full-time team of developers constantly updating the intranet, so maybe eventually the ticketing system will receive an overhaul. -Wish there was more time for group events outside of work. Perhaps give managers an entertainment budget for team-building events each quarter. There are employees on my team that have been there for almost a year that I still haven't really gotten to know.

Thank you for taking some time to write this review! We are continuously making updates to our Intranet system and recently added two new members to the team. Currently, we offer a new hire happy hour every quarter for new hires and mangers to get together and also meet some people outside of their department. Individual team outings each quarter is an awesome idea, and we will see what we can do to start implementing that! Thank you again for your great feedback!
