Pros

Very good rates of pay and network of other caregivers to help with coverage. Booking staff that know your strengths and needs. Flexibility and the ability to focus on the skills you have. They have lots of tools and information about doing taxes as an independent contractor.

Cons

There are different pay rates according to haw many hours the client has you work. There is always a chance to loose your clients. They don't take medicare so clients have to pay out of pocket so you are very likely to loose clients when they cant afford it.
