Higher ups do not care about their employees and are rude and unprofessional. They care more about getting their nails and eyelashes done instead of making sure that the residents are properly cared for. Some nurses avoid their duties, leaving residents to seek help from non-nursing staff for tasks nurses should handle. Lots of micromanaging, a lack of proper communication, and generally condescending attitudes.
