These are tough but helpful comments. I would ask you join me in being part of the solution. Your experience isn't typical - and yet, you're living it - so let's fix it together. All these issues are very fixable and not what our other Fleet Managers go through. I get you're dissatisfied and I want to improve your situation.

It comes with the territory that a company will receive negative reviews from time to time. This review however is false. Completely false. Our executive team features two women and a person of color - myself. This is despite an industry where our technicians are 95+ male and racial diversity only slightly lags the national profile. I am the COO and am not white: my father was from India, my mother from Kenya. So I take great offense to this senseless notion that there is no diversity in our executive team. For skilled technicians, we pay market to above average wages. We have to, otherwise we cannot attract talent. At the corp level, we do our best and are meritocratic on how we pay and reward our employees. We have a fantastic corporate culture that has endured for many, many years. So as a person of color, I respectfully push back on this review and want any reader to know, that we value diversity - in all its forms, racial, gender and economic.
