      Pros

      They keep busy at all times even when off and not getting paid for it

      Cons

      They expect way more than they pay for. the will promote from within but will not help train. they just throw you in and expect results. then when client complains they have someone to blame and they replace you with someone even more lost with out training. they are the most ungrateful company I have ever worked for. and when you do really well there are very little rewards. But if you are a personal friend or family to upper management you will have it made

      Pros

      Compettitive Pay at initial offer.

      Cons

      Not racially diverse almost uncomfortable for minorities, NO increase in pay over time (raises come in 10ct increments), not a team friendly environment co-workers usually at each others throats. As you can imagine this sometimes causes a hostile work environment which management finds not important enough to adress? Looking for new job personally.

      Pros

      There's rarely ever a time where you're unable to find work no matter what position you're in.

      Cons

      Management picks and chooses how much they actually want to abide by what the client wants. that on top ofthe ever-changing cadre of management it is created an environment filled with poor communication.

We strive to meet the needs of our clients, and sometimes this can result in changing direction or priorities. I'm sure this sometimes can appear confusing to the employees. We are also working on some new communications methods to improve our ability to reach out to our many employees who are spread across the country.
