Pros
They will hire you easily when you're coming off an account that they just took over, unlimited overtime which is good if you want to make extra money
Cons
I asked for a raise due to getting another offer at another company, they don't care to keep you even if they have lost 2 other techs already, raises are not amazing, its all about profit, which any business that's true, but don't need to tell us "oh this week we weren't profitable" as a manager just fix it instead of just having a meaningless meeting, ohh and don't expect any training, they will tell you that but the only training you get is PPE, lock out tag out, cleaning the bay, no equipment training so you learn while you do it. but hey you see other companies with long time techs and i doubt they have techs working as a tech for over 10 years here because they don't offer anything that's why techs turn into management because they don't get training to stay up to date, makes sense now huh?
