Pros

There really are none to mention

Cons

Beyond TOXIC and quite frankly poor CEO and President. As other businesses have thrived they have required bailouts and continuous downsizing to keep doors open. Leaders are beyond overmatched and sit in a meeting with them and third parties and their goal will be to talk the entire time, lots of words no real meaning or substance, and then hope the meeting ends before real questions can be asked real time.
