Pros

Hyper fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with some of the most intelligent co-workers I've had the opportunity to learn and work with thus far in my career. Passionate senior leadership team that is strategic thinking with lofty goals in creating new asset classes as well as ways of thinking as it relates to institutional investing in structured financial markets.

Cons

Short time frames given to solve complex and intricate problems...sometimes over promising the capabilities of the technology team to deliver within those short time frames.

There is a reason turnover is so high

Pros

Small company with big ambitions provides many avenues to join and make your mark. Diverse product and business lines provide numerous challenges.

Cons

No cohesive direction and senior leadership is more preoccupied with their own pet projects, objectives, and personal accounts than the company at large. In the last year half or more of the company (many 10-15yr veterans) have simply said enough is enough and voluntarily left, with or without new jobs lined up.
