Pros

Some coworkers are genuinely hardworking and supportive. The company provides job stability, and the workload can help build operational experience in the short term.

Cons

Growth opportunities are extremely limited. Promotions and advancement do not appear to be based on clear performance metrics, but rather on personal relationships with management. This creates frustration and disengagement among high-performing employees. Compensation is significantly below market standards. After five years with the company and progressing from Specialist to Team Lead (for over two years), salary growth was minimal despite increased responsibilities, leadership expectations, and workload. Production teams consistently carry the majority of the operational work, while supervisors often receive recognition and credit for results they did not directly contribute to. This negatively impacts morale and accountability. Expectations and guidelines are unclear and frequently change. Performance metrics are often adjusted in ways that make it difficult to qualify for benefits or strong performance reviews, leaving employees without a clear understanding of how to succeed or grow.
