1. High integrity value - The people are very responsible towards their duties and responsiblities. 2. Growth potential - The firm offers growth in both vertical and horizontal aspects with valueable support and input by senior and supervisors. 3. Academic support - The firm pays for additional certifications and courses which leads to motivation to add to the degree and certification of employee without being much concerned on cost. 4. Parental support - The firm covers the insurance for parental and in-laws as well offering more comfort and holisitic stability of employee.
