Pros

Great place to work and grow professionally, as the company is really growing at a fast pace and has a strong business outlook. The people are great and have tons of real work experience and have a ONE team mentality which makes you want to work even harder. Management is great and very approachable, their door is always open.

Pros

Great company to work for if you enjoy fast paced workplace. Highly technical and intellectual team. Very modern, beautiful office overlooking iconic Austin 360 bridge, catered lunches, open environment.

Cons

The pro could also be a con, if you are not used to an extremely fast paced environment this job will be challenging.

Pros

Flexible vacation hours. Worked with great technologies. A few great people there. You'll learn a lot. Open Office Layout. Free catered lunch, daily. Good benefits.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Does not value employees. Let go as soon as I finished product that generated a huge part of their revenue. Was let go right before profit-sharing bonuses came out. Employees are degrading towards women, minorities. You'll be underpaid severely. Greedy management. You'll work overtime.
