Regardless of performance, very little long-term job security. Being told you've maxed out your quota does not mean that you will get to remain employed

I guess good pay, which will not make it up for the lack of emotional intelligence of some managers

Cons

Manager was disrespectful, hostile and unprofessional. The company clearly doesn't care about employees if they keep these kind of leaders untouched for years. Avoid if you appreciate your peace and mental health.
