The worker bees can be really awesome, and great people to build relationships with. Their health benefits are pretty good.

Cons

Salary was below industry standard. There is no true vision.

Good benefits and flexible with time off

Cons

Low pay vs industry standards, and company would rather throw multiple one day events with minimal benefits (lunches lol) than listen to their employees and pay better bonuses and/or salaries.

Over the past 12 years Amica has provided me with many opportunities in terms of growth, challenge and engagement in building my career. I could not be more thankful for the people I work with daily and the flexibility the company provides in terms of realistic work/life balance. The teams at Amica are extremely driven and focused, I'm excited to get up and contribute every day.

Last year I would have said the coffee, but they listened and now it is great!
