Flexible work schedule is the only benefit

Cons

Terrible benefits, no HR process, no annual review process, no incentives, little vacation accrual, poor management, overall a terrible company to work for. No 401K, flexible spending accounts. Vacation time carryover is 40 hours. Very minimal opportunity for employee growth, no training provided or encouraged. Employee suggestions for improvement ignored.

There are no pros.

Cons

No learning curve. All information about the project is hidden and revealed only to selected people. HR supports upper management and interested only in getting contracts not the welfare of employees. Some employees behavior is inappropriate and nothing is done about this. Management is only interested in seeking cheap labor.

I'm in Raleigh NC and they are in VA, very little contact with them. If I call or email usually get a very fast response. They never contact me if I don't contact them 1st.

Cons

Twice monthly paycheck. Had to wait over a month before getting my 1st paycheck. NOt having any luck about a pay increase, no reimbursement for training or certification.
