Does not care about the employees and more, buys cheap tools so we have to replace the all the time, pushes jobs through that really aren't ready to be pushed through, unorganized when getting the work out on the floor, losses jobs, has no sick time, health insurance sucks, tries to fixes things the cheap way/wrong way instead of doing it the right way/ that they might have to spend a couple extra bucks on...

Pros

The production personnel are long term, wonderful and really want to do the right thing. High regard for safety. Plant is clean.

Cons

No direction or leadership at management level or plant level. Management constantly worries about covering their butt. Your value is based on number of hours worked. No regard for home life. Poor culture. I've never seen management gossip like this. They run very very lean and everyone, does the work of 4 people so expectations are unattainable. Negative, sneaky environment.
