Very sound financial company, strong results for shareholders. Many of the employees are long term, and have professional work experience and background. Worldwide brand recognition helps support product sales.

Cons

Can be a bit underwhelming when it comes to salary competitiveness compared to other similar companies. Puts more focus on shareholders and profitability than on employees in many cases.

- Good place to gain experience since there are tons of engineers & line workers work. - A lot of projects were going on. - Good working hours (Mon-Thurs: 7 am to 4 pm, Friday: 7 am to 1 pm)

- Some of the tooling people are not quite friendly - Some micro managing
