      it's a union shop, if you can make it 120 working days, you're in and there's nothing anybody can do about it

      Cons

      if you in your first 120 days like i was during this pandemic, anybody with any kind of power can find any way to get you out if they don't like you even if you are making great parts and doing your job correctly. my supervisor had me removed because i knew things about him through my fiance.

      Pros

      - good work-life balance. - low pressure.

      Cons

      - the worst environment for minorities. Some coworkers do not know what is appropriate in the office or not. If people see or hear someone's inappropriate behavior, they never protect you nor correct it. - too inefficient due to old technologies. - the management cares about only stock price, not people. - there is no year-end evaluation. - extremely unfair promotion system.
