Management has terrible values and is very very unprofessional. They speak down on other employees when they are not around, and also do not conduct themselves in a unprofessional manner. There is no respect for individuals and their ideas. If you challenge any direction given to you, then you are on the (GET RID of LIST). During the interview they lied about my compensation, they do not show you the incentive plan until after you start, and it's impossible to make money here. They are extremely micromanaging in that SR level managers have to approve everything you give/say to the customer. there is ZERO autonomy at this company or trust in their employees.

Don't get fooled, they are desperate. When you're being hired they tell you practically anything you want to hear. Will not deliver, I promise. The people here are passive, miserable and nasty. There company culture refects the way they treat their employees. No one wants to stay unless they're a caucasian male who's either an engineer or their uncle worked for the company. They will never pay you enough to deal with what is going on here. For being such and old company there is no regards for their accessibility, and their disabled community. As well as gaslighting behavior towards anyone who tries to speak up about the multiple forms of discrimination here.
