Misleading Job Application Practices, Disrespectful Managment

- Used misleading job title in applications to lure people to apply - Originally applied for higher title, but was interviewed for a level 1 position, have over 5 years of experience - Was told during interview that the higher title position was filled - During 2 years of working with the company, the company hired 4 additonal employees for the initial job I applied for, even though there was promise of job growth, with also being disrespected by callers weekly who are exclusively employees of the company - Additionally, the company hired 3 more employees for the level 1 position who had the same interview experience as I did - Out of the 3 co-workers, only the caucasian co-worker was promoted while the 3 of us who are all people of color were given no growth opportunities - During my final day with the company, I had a meeting with my manager and asked why the company posted the misleading job application in the first place and was told "It's not about what you signed up for"
